Creative Arts Workshops

A creative space for young people to explore self-expression, develop emotional awareness, and build resilience through various artistic mediums in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

Beyond The Surface

Beyond The Surface is an art-based experience where participants explore their identity through the creation of masks using the Tree of Life methodology. In this workshop, participants craft masks that represent both the outer persona they present to the world and the inner self, capturing their unspoken thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Guided by a senior art therapist, the workshop offers a safe space for reflection and self-expression, helping participants connect with their emotional world while exploring themes of identity and vulnerability.

Key Goals:

  • Explore and express personal identity
  • Encourage self-reflection through creative expression
  • Provide a safe, therapeutic space for emotional exploration

Tree Of Life

Tree of Life Workshop is an arts-based exploration that uses the Tree of Life methodology to help participants reflect on their personal journey and develop a deeper understanding of their identity. Through creative activities, participants craft their own Tree of Life, symbolising their roots, growth, values, and aspirations. This workshop provides a space for self-expression, empowerment, and emotional exploration, allowing participants to connect with their inner strengths, reflect on key experiences, and explore how these shape their present and future. Facilitated by a senior art therapist, the session offers a supportive and therapeutic environment for emotional growth and resilience.

Key Goals:

  • Encourage self-reflection and personal growth
  • Explore key life experiences and values
  • Foster emotional resilience through creative expression
