Through our tailored mental health and creative workshops, we provide support for young individuals in educational and community settings. Our approach is holistic, working with the entire support network around each child, including parents, educators, and mental health professionals.

We offer:

  • Mental Health Workshops: Specialised sessions that promote mental resilience and coping skills among children and young people.
  • Creative Workshops: Designed to provide a safe and expressive outlet, our creative workshops encourage young people to explore and express their emotions constructively.
  • Training for Mental Health Professionals: We empower practitioners with advanced skills and techniques to better support young people in their care. Our training extends to both clinical and non-clinical settings, ensuring comprehensive support.
  • Community Engagement: Our team actively participates in events and conferences, sharing insights and expertise to raise awareness of the importance of mental health support for young people.

With a team experienced across NHS/ statutory, and non-statutory sectors, Luminous brings a wealth of expertise to each initiative which uniquely positions us to meet any consulting, training, or bespoke workshop needs you may have.
