Our Training
Our training programmes are designed to equip professionals with essential skills and knowledge to support the mental health and well-being of young people. We offer engaging workshops that cover a range of topics, from foundational mental health awareness to specialised strategies for supporting young people facing emotional and behavioural challenges. Tailored to meet the needs of educators, youth workers, healthcare providers, and community organisations, our training sessions provide practical tools to build a supportive, informed, and resilient community around young people.
Child & Adolescent Safeguarding
This training equips professionals with the essential skills to protect young people, covering key safeguarding principles, recognizing signs of abuse, and understanding legal and ethical responsibilities. Participants will gain practical strategies for responding to concerns and ensuring a safe environment, with a focus on collaboration with safeguarding leads and agencies.
Trauma Informed Training
Our Trauma-Informed Training provides professionals with the knowledge and skills to support individuals affected by trauma. Participants will learn about the impact of trauma on mental health, behavior, and development, and how to create a safe, supportive environment. The training emphasizes trauma-sensitive approaches, promoting understanding, empathy, and effective communication when working with those who have experienced trauma.
Youth Mental Health First Aid
This Youth Mental Health First Aid Training empowers participants to recognize and respond to mental health challenges in young people. The training covers common mental health issues, early warning signs, and practical skills for providing initial support. Participants will learn how to offer help until appropriate professional support is available, fostering a supportive environment for youth mental well-being.
