The workshop also features creative exercises like the Tree of Life and the Verse Challenge, as well as a collaborative Pass the Mic performance. The workshop fosters collaboration as young people work together to learn a song, take on group challenges, and culminate in a group performance. Emphasizing teamwork, self-expression, and community-building, the Rhythm Workshop provides a supportive environment for young people to connect with each other and enhance their mental health through music.

As a 2024 Yamaha Music London Ambassador, Martine brings over five years of experience in developing and delivering impactful music initiatives. With her expertise, passion for music, and commitment to empowering young people, Martine leads our workshops with a unique blend of creativity and professional insight.
Each workshop is also supported by a skilled co-facilitator, ensuring a collaborative and engaging experience for all participants. In addition, all workshop content is carefully verified by our Resident Creative Art Therapist, ensuring that the material is not only creative but also therapeutically sound and appropriate for the emotional well-being of young people.
